England return to South Africa in the winter of 2009/10 for four Test Matches

and five One Day Internationals.

The Grand Cru Cricket programme is covering the Third Test Match in Cape Town

and the Fourth Test Match in Johannesburg.

                    Cape Town Test Match               1 - 9 January 2010

                    Johannesburg Test Match           12 - 19 January 2010

The focus of our tours will be the Cape Town Test Match. Sightseeing is included with

all our tours and in Cape Town this includes a full day around Cape Peninsula, Table

Mountain, and a city tour.  We also include an optional programme each day for those who

may prefer not to go to cricket.

Jonathan Agnew will be the main cricket host on our tours to South Africa.  We have

known “Aggers” for a number of years as he has been a regular guest at our cricket

evenings.  We are delighted that, following Mike Gatting’s appointment to a senior post

with ECB, Jonathan agreed to become Grand Cru’s main cricket tour host.  Other cricketing

personalities from South Africa and England will join us for drinks or dinner during

each tour and, if possible, we hope that a member of the England squad may also join us.
